2. Why do I need to take Uritrex 100 with food?
Taking Uritrex 100 with food or milk improves absorption by up to 50% and significantly reduces nausea and stomach upset. Without food, absorption is poor and GI side effects are much more common.

3. Can Uritrex 100 treat kidney infections?
No. Uritrex 100 does not reach high enough levels in kidney tissue to treat pyelonephritis (kidney infection). If you have fever, chills, flank pain, or vomiting, you may have a kidney infection and need a different antibiotic – contact your doctor.
